Welcome to the website of the German Society for the History of Neurosciences!

The DGGN was founded more than 30 years ago with the aim of promoting scientific research and assessing the history of the neurological disciplines. To this end, we support scientific research and education, organize annual conferences, and have created our own publication organ, the Schriftenreihe [series of publications].

On our pages you will find information about our society, the conferences and publications. We will also be happy to personally answer any further questions you may have.

We hope to have been able to arouse your interest in our cause and would be pleased to welcome you at our conferences or as a member.
